#120: Miller Assessment for Preschoolers: Training in Administration and Scoring

This program provides step-by-step instruction for administration and scoring each item and for obtaining an individual profile and final score using the Miller Assessment for Preschoolers. This assessment identifies developmentally delayed children and those at risk for school-related problems. Emphasis is on making the testing fun for the examiner and the child by presenting test items as a series of games. The administration is demonstrated by the test author, Dr. Lucy Jane Miller, and narrated by a special educator.

1. Understand guidelines for each age group as well as time limits for administering the test items
2. Use the “Behavior During Testing” form and accompanying scoring charts
3. Score child’s response to each game
